P&F Services Staff

The staff at P&F Services is the backbone of our small company, and we have all been together since the start. Luis and his brother Roberto have worked side by side with us since we first started seeding and easily moved over to drill manufacturing after we bought the design and rights to build the drills. During the seeding season Luis is the project manager, often keeping more than five jobs going at the same time, hundreds of miles apart. Roberto is Luis’ right-hand man, training seasonal employees.

Cal and Jake, our full-time welders, spend endless hours in the shop making all the intricate parts of the drills. All of us together, as a well-oiled team, will assemble the drills, creating the final product.

We have all worked together for many years, so when it comes to the assembly of the drills, everyone knows exactly what needs to be done and how to work with each other, making the final product our own form of art.

P&F Services has been very fortunate to keep the same employees for so many years. We have learned so much as a team, and we all bring these years of experience to our customers and clients in the form of a well-made final product—your new Rangeland Drill.
